Came home from out of town on a cold (22 degree) Sunday night. Found my bathroom was flooded with standing water. Got online to get their phone number to call them first thing Monday morning. Found on online form, filled it out and hit submit. When I tell you Haynes Dodson was going to get out of his warm house with his family and come to my cold, wet house at 9:30pm. I told him I shut off the water, I had taken pictures, taken a video and had gotten up all the standing water. I had fans going in the house. If they could come and take a look the next day would be very helpful. Haynes and Shelby was in my driveway at 9am on Monday morning and by 2pm they had shuffled furniture, taken readings of moisture levels and started their industrial fans (12 to be exact) and 2 dehumidifiers all by 2pm. They came and checked on everything every day for 8 days. They were there for me while we talked to the Insurance Company, they were there when the Insurance Company denied my claim, they took additional readings and other information, to help get the insurance company to pay on the claim. They worked with me through demo, cleaning and restoring my house to much better than it was before. You can bet if I have any other issues that needs their services, they will be the first call I make. Thank you Haynes Dodson, Shelby Thompson and the crews.

On Friday morning I woke up to a flooded house. We were able to get in touch with Neato Cleaning & Restoration before 6am, by 7:45 he had someone at my house getting the water out of the carpet, and putting out dehumidifiers and fans all before noon the same day. They have been back everyday taking moisture readings and pictures to document the drying progress. By Tuesday my insurance company approved pulling up the carpet, he had his guys back here taking care of business. The service provided has been exceptional, he has gone over every detail and answered every question we have had. He took a very stressful situation and made it so much easier to deal with. Hello Google World! I just had to share my experience with Haynes of Neato Cleaning & Restoration. My mother’s house flooded and the entire ordeal was a HUGE HUGE HEADACHE needless to say.
